Don't worry, as we will work to correct this. Please send back pictures, and contact us immediately. Our specialist will assist you.

Q6. Do you provide gifting services?

Yes, you can pre-pay for the product(s), and we will send them out with wrapping and blessings to your loved ones.

Delivery Related

Q1. How do you charge for delivery?

We use Black Cat cold storage service, and offer free delivery on Taiwan’ main island. An additional $200 may apply for offshore islands.

 

Q2. How many days does it take to receive products after orders are sent out?

You will receive your products 1 day after they arrive in Taiwan. you can also track your package online or by calling us with your order number.

Q3. Do you ship to Taiwan's offshore islands?

Yes, we do, but the products will take additional time to arrive (two days). 

Storing Related

Q1. How do I store the fruit? 

We aim to delivery you the freshest quality, please finish as soon as possible after received, rinse only what you need, if you really can't finish, please leave them in cold storage.

 

Q2. Are all of your WOW! CHERRIES shipped via air freight? 

Yes, we deliver 100% by air freight. If you need additional info, we are happy to provide countries of origin.

Q3. Do you sell local Taiwanese fruit? 

No, we only sells cherries. 

Return and refunds Policy

◎ Once you received your cherries, please open and check immediately as cherries are fragile and not able to go back and forth on roads. If have any questions, please take photos and inform us at 0800-025-879 within 24 hours from arrival. Exceed the given time, you cannot make any argument.
◎ If something comes up caused by non- human factor such as climatic or harvest period and cannot make cherries ship out as scheduled, we will rearrange the order and make announcement. Please be patient if this do happen. 
◎ Our products only shipped to main island of Taiwan; shipping rate to other places or outlying island including Kinmen, Penghu, Matse(remote areas) calculated separately, please check with us before purchasing.
